I work with people, cooperatives, other organizations, and rural communities in numerous countries. I facilitate group processes, team building, and change by co-creating vision, strategy, and solutions to pressing organizational problems and social dilemmas.

The following services/steps are designed to provide systemic solutions to the root causes (as opposed to the symptoms) of strategic, organizational, and governance problems faced by agricultural cooperatives but, also, utilize opportunities for improvements and/or radical change. All services (action research, training, coaching/mentoring) view and address the whole cooperative system by focusing on each of the following levels as well as their interrelations:
